My product doesn't work

My Sonicare has been broken for about a month now. I am very disappointed. I've only used it for about 3 months and went to change the head and now it is not functioning at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love brushing with sonicare! It cleans teeth well and easy to use, charge, carry and change the brush head and great customer service. I love Philips brand for their commitment and service and technology. 4 star because the brush becomes black at the bottom where the battery is attached. It's not dirt for sure because I have tried cleaning it so many times. I believe it's the batter leaking or something which makes the brush look untidy and sometimes scary!

Great Product Costly To Mainain

I like my Sonic Toothbrush a whole lot, however, the cost of the replacement brushes is VERY EXPENSIVE!
Pros: easy to use, great job cleaning teeth
Cons: replacement brushes very expensive, brushes only last 3 months b4 needing replacing
I would recommend this to a friend!
