My whole family uses this product (4 of us), we've replaced one unit within the warranty period and two more just outside the warranty period.

We feel this is a great product but we also are feeling the expense of use. We've replaced one unit w/in the warranty period w/no hassle and we had to replace two addt'l units, just outside of the warranty period as they just quit working.
Pros: timer is great for kids and adults
Cons: doesn't seem to last much past the warranty period

I love the product. I did not know that a person should brush for 2 minutes. Now I know. Only 30 seconds for each section of your month.. My dentist told me my teeth are looking great! Keep up the good work on your dental care.

My teeth have never felt cleaner. I sometimes use a manual toothbrush since it does take a little bit longer to brush, but its not the same feeling as with this. Overall EXCELLENT!

Hard to use, cleaning behind front teeth very difficult, hard to turn on and off, this is important as during the brushing cycle you have to clear the fluids from your mouth and to do so you have to turn the brush off, or spray the whole area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros: two-year warranty
Cons: expensive, for price should receive more than one brush head
