This is the second toothbrush that I have bought from Phillips. The first one was model#HX6730 that was a kit that had tow electric brushes in addition to the UV light. Mine failed and my wife's continues to work as designed???
Pros: ease of use.
Cons: durability?

I find the handle hard to hold. My hand slides up on the Sonicare. That is the only negative. It works great.

Wonderful toothbrush

This is a wonderful toothbrush. It really makes your mouth feel fresh and clean. Now I feel as though my mouth is being taken care of the way it should be and that the plague is being reduced. My teeth are whiter and I feel dental hygienist fresh everyday. I look forward to hearing what my hygienist has to say on my next visit.

Works well but not environmentally sound design

The vibration from this toothbrush is slightly more annoying than my previous Sonicare, which had the larger-diameter handle. It may have to do with the specific area where it touches the palm.
It brushes the teeth well and the attachment design for the brush head is a great improvement over the original, larger-diameter handle. Unlike the earlier design, this one does not collect dirty water there.
It's made in China. The battery is not replaceable. So when the battery dies you throw out the whole thing. This has been a consistent and substantial flaw through the entire product line.

Totally love my Phillips sonicare toothbrush. Bought my husband and I new ones for Christmas, best gift we received.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this product. It is truly a staple in my everyday routine. I love the feeling of my teeth being completely clean every time I brush. This is the only toothbrush I use. As I travel a great amount for both business and pleasure , my sonic toothbrush is always with me. Would not leave home without it!
