The product has some good new features.

I especially like the "clean & white" feature. This feature helps me with my hard to clean teeth. My dentist says my teeth are cleaner since I have been using this feature.

The best toothbrush on the market

This is my second Soncare toothbrush, after my first one finally stopped taking a charge after 10 years of regular use. However, I dislike that the newer model does not allow you to pause to spit and resume it's 4 x 30second timing regimen, as the older one did. Nevertheless, it does just as great a job.

A product I will not live without!!

It is the best toothbrush I have ever used. I had an older version and it lasted 5 or so years. I like the newer ones because they don't have a cap that comes off so they stay clean. My teeth have never felt better!!

I have been using my Sonicare HealthyWhite for about 2 months and I am very satisfied. The timer leaves little to the imagination and is great for regulating my oral hygiene. I recommend this product without reservation.

Biggest problem

The toothbrush needs to be able to be set on one of the different modes before being turned on. Now you have to have the tooth brush in your mouth and guess what mode {clean, sensitive etc.}you have it on because you cannot see the light indicator when it is in your mouth. It will sling toothpaste all over the place if you take it out of your mouth to see the light. I am very, very surprised this issue was allowed when engineered. Please let me know your thoughts for the survey. My dentist concurs.

I use this product on average, once per day. I still use my manual tooth brush quite a bit. I like the product. It took me several uses to learn how to not shoot stuff everywhere, and to clean it well. It's also worth noting that the plastic cover of the head prevents the bristles from drying well. I have noticed that the product has prevented my bad breath and has reduced the tea and coffee stains on my teeth. This product is rather expensive, but it's a great investment.

The Sonicare is the very best. I feel that this is one of the best investments anyone can make in their dental healthcare. I greatly appreciate being able to buy replacement brushes both in store and online - something not available with my previous electric toothbrush. The Sonicare has significantly reduced my plaque buildup and improved my gum health. It is easy to use, has very good battery life and I like having the UV brush sanitizer. The built-in timer makes brushing easier and my teeth feel as clean as they do after being cleaned at the dentist office.
Pros: deep cleaning, availability of replacement brushes, improved gum health
Cons: can be a little messy
