For me, the on-off/mode button is not the easiest to learn. It would be better if there was a separate control for the mode (normal, sensitive, whitening). I also occasionally, inadvertently hit the button when I'm brushing.

I like the toothbrush and my teeth feel clean.

I like the toothbrush and it makes my teeth feel very clean. I don't see any improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. The replacement brushes are very expensive and they don't last very long.

My periodontist recommended I use the Sonicare toothbrush to prevent further gum recession. It has!!! I haven't had to have another surgery

Previously I owned a Philips HX5351 Sonicare Toothbrush. It worked fine, but was a real pain to keep clean. The design of it allowed for the head attachment to constantly get gunked up. Recently I moved to a HX6711/02 2. This design is much much better. Easy to clean, works great. The head connection is designed in such a way that there is no build up as long as you pull the head off and rinse after each use. Which takes no more than 2 seconds to do. Great product!

This product is just what it claims...quick, easy, and effective. l love the extra minute for whitening. It's not like a whitening treatment done in a dentist office, but it helps. Best of all, my dentist commented that I had no bleeding at the gum line while having a cleaning. He was quite impressed with this...and hence, so was I!
