I bought this for my new HP Spectre 360 and it requires 2 usb slots. My Spectre only has 1 usb slot. It has 2 usb-c slots so I had to buy 2 adaptors to plug the dvd into the usb-c slots. This dvd player was recommended for my computer when I bought my computer. Why would you recommend a dvd player that would not plug into my available usb slots? The description did not say it had 2 usb connectors. Very disappointed. I have not used it yet as I am waiting for the 2 usb.c adaptors.

I HATE IT. THE PRODUCT INSTALL DID NOT EXPLAIN THAT A 7z EXTRACTION PROGRAM WAS NECESSARY TO THE INSTALLATION. AFTER THE FAILED INSTALL MY CAMERA STOPPED WORKING. AFTER 4 DAYS OF TRYING TO MAKE REPAIRS I AM LEFT WITH AN INOPERABLE COMPUTER.

CyberLInk software is old version that is unusable on W10. It opens an unsizeable window that is so tiny you can barely make out the X to close it. The hardware does its job.
