I’m not a backpack fan at all but I ride a motorcycle from time to time to work and it was needed. Have tried several bags in the past and they all have been mediocre even though they were a higher price point than this one. I have a touch of OCD so everything has to have its place. And with this bag it does. Plenty of pockets not so big things get lost in, I nice little admin section right up front, hard case sunglass compartment and then a main compartment that will swallow a lot of stuff if needed. The only thing I wish was done was to make the inner liner a contrasting color so you could see it easier but other than that well done. Seems to be made durable but only time will tell.

I purchased the Gambit to replace my Tumi Laptop briefcase. I've been really pleased with my purchase so far. It has pockets galore (almost too many!) and seems built to last. Some minor design changes I'd like to make this really good bag, nearly perfect:
1) I wish the water bottle pockets on the side were deeper
2) I have a ultra slim lenovo laptop that slides into the strapped small laptop pocket in the padded laptop compartment but the pocket is apparently meant for even smaller laptops. I would like a deeper sleeve here also.
3) Everything compartment on the bag is zippered which is great for security, but I would like some quick access compartments. Maybe a magnetic latch on a small pocket for keys or alternatively, a magnetic clasp keeping a zippered pocket closed on the occasions where I don't want to unzipper a frequently used compartment.

My English is not that good, but my bag easily broke the little line that keeps the water bag on the little box on the right side of the backpack. The bag is very good but look like it’s still like that on the “new models”, to easy to broke this line that I need every day.

Lots of pockets, but water bottle holders not deep enough

I initially had a challenge after ordering the black version which I didn’t realize it wouldn’t be in for several weeks. This would not meet my needs in that my backpack was torn and I needed on ASAP. So after looking on the web, found out the gray was available and I called and switched.
So far the backpack is great. I love all of the pockets. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is the water bottle holders on the sides are not deep enough, so bottles have tipped out. This is very disappointing because I typically carry two with me on travel and when on campus. Unfortunately I’m now having to be in the market for 2 different water bottles that won’t fall out. Hopefully, I will find something satisfactory. I terms of value and quality, only time will tell in terms of how long it truly lasts. In the past I’ve had OGIO backpacks last for 5 years and my recent non OGIO pack lasted around 8, so that is my goal.
Pros: lots of pockets
Cons: water bottle not deep enough

Many functional pockets. All my stuff get organized very well. I love it. Only complaint I have is about two side mesh pockets.
1) size: too small for my 16oz thermal bottle
2) material: better not use mesh (shoiuld be like regenade backpack)

First, I love the visual components of the back pack. The materials are very quality. There are very many compartments versus other packs I've owned. The Gambit has plenty of organization options to store your belongings. The eyeglass/sunglass compartment is impressive for the amount of security. The shoulder straps and back padding are very comfortable and I love that aspect. The only thing I would change, is it should have more protection at the bottom of the back pack for the laptop compartment. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my purchase. This is awesome for anyone that uses several technology devices such as laptops, tablets, smart phones, and other business materials. If you are looking for a good looking bag to support your tech & travel, the Gambit is an awesome choice.

Good all around backpack

In the short time I have had it it works well. It has plenty of space for doing day to day activities and is a durable backpack. I'm a 6ft guy with large shoulders and it fits and is comfortable on hikes and walks in the city, I'm happy with my purchase of this backpack.

I have just recently purchased this bag, but I really like it. I like all the many pockets so I can keep things separate and easily obtainable.
