Best Computer Backpack for Travel

I’ve had my Ogio for 5 years. It’s extremely versatile and very durable. I will be ordering two more for my college age kids. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. They have my business for life! I can carry clothes fir overnight in main compartment and currently carry two laptops in the laptop compartment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very tough well designed bag!

I can't say enough how much I like this bag!
It is constructed very well. The zippers work without having to hold the bag, you just zip them down or up.
This bag actually stands up, it is not always falling over when you set it somewhere.
I use this bag instead of a briefcase, so I carry a lot of stuff in it. Compared to my last bag, it actually seems lighter on my shoulder. I know that probably doesn't make much sense, being I actually have more in this bag than my last one, but it does. It must be the way it is constructed and how it distributes the weight when on your shoulder.
I do not carry a laptop so I can not say what sizes fit or which one's do not, so this was not a consideration for me.
The only thing I wish was that it came in the cool neon tropics color scheme, or you could get the red zipper pulls from the black bag on the graphite one. Very minor complaint.

I had my previous backpack for five years and used it daily. I used it for work and play, I traveled for work and have 5 kids. It was my office and entertainment center. So when it came time to look for a replacement it was a no brainer!!!

Cavernous main pocket is great but labtop sleave too small (15" won't fit) and would trade the tiny pouches on 1 side for water bottle sized pocket

Was looking for a large back pack with lots of separate pockets - this fits the bill
Zippers seem much more durable than others I've had.
Love the top pocket for sunglasses etc. Has 2 small zipper pockets per side but now that i am using i would trade one set for a larger water bottle sized pocket.
Only real downside is how tiny the laptop sleeve is - my 15" Razor won't fit.
Straps are super comfortable - made for actually using as a backpack but still comfortable to do a 1 shoulder carry.
Really seems well made and expect it to hold up well.
Pros: large main pocket and variety of misc. storage, durable construction, lots of storage options
Cons: non adjustable laptop sleeve, no water bottle pocket, no inside clip for keys or such

I just got promoted to a new position which requires me to travel several times a month; the first thing I bought was this backpack. It's just the right size and has SO MANY pockets! I received an Ogio backpack as a gift at a leadership conference over a decade ago. I have loved that backpack and I have brought it to work and travelled with it every single day for the last dozen years. One of the zippers finally started to tear away due to thousands and thousands of cycles over the years so I decided to get a new backpack. The Gambit was the closest thing to what I had but it is even better than my old one. There are so many pockets and perfect places to put things from my laptop and notepads to all of my charging cords and headphones to my sunglasses and safety glasses to personal items like my passport, Crystal Light drink packets, zip drives, toothbrush/toothpaste/floss...you name it, there is a place for it in this backpack. I absolutely love it. It is so well constructed and so incredibly durable. I expect to use this awesome new Gambit backpack every day for another 10-12 years.

I bought my first Gambit in 2016 and it has been my main laptop backpack for everything from daily trips to the office to business trips across the country. It has pockets in just the right places for EVERYTHING and it's durability it's off the charts - 8 years later and it's still good shape; I'm upgrading for the newer features and passing the old one along to someone in need. This is a great backpack all around, simple as that - just buy it, you can thank me later.

Only wish is that they had kept the side pockets for water bottles. Now comes w/ straps located inside the zippered pocket which is not as secure.
