Just received this bag, quick shipping, excellent quality, very roomy bag with a lot of pockets and compartments, very well designed. It feels light all filled up on the shoulders. I am very impressed with this one. Worth the money.

Perfect for a teen who is rough on backpacks!

I will forever spend the extra money for a quality backpack like this from now on. My teenager is so rough on backpacks that the normal "rugged" brands only last a few weeks! She loves all the pockets and how full you can get it and it still wear comfortably. Highly recommend!

This backpack does not fit a 17” laptop.

Specifically sought a backpack to carry my 17” HP laptop. All information online and the tag on the backpack stated it was for a 17” laptop. Unfortunately, this backpack, while well made, does not fit A 17” laptop. Extremely dissatisfied and wasted time and money buying this backpack and now do not have one for my trip.

The bottom.line is my Lenovo laptop does not fit.
Lenovo T440 ,advertised as fits 15"-17" laptop.
Called customer service,seemed very disinterested.
Applied for a refund.

Holds 2 million things

I received a customized version of this bag from my company. It has approximately 2.2 million pockets, sections, and places to stash 2 million things. It may not be the most exciting backpack visually, but goodness, it sure does hold a lot.
I can fit a 15" oversized, insanely heavy, Lenovo ThinkPad in the back zippered section, but it doesn't fit in the dedicated pocket. That's alright though, given how many pockets and sections this bag has.
I would recommend this to a friend!
