Serious Defect - Ice on bottom of refrigerator

Ice build up on bottom of refrigerator that then melts on to the floor. Tried the utube fix recommended by Whirlpool to replace rear drain but it did not help.It is exactly 4 years old - I will not buy a Whirlpool again.

I love the Whirpool products. I cannot tell you how please I was with my last refrigerator. WOW!!! It was 26 years old when it drew it's last breath...I cannot complain. That is the reason I bought another Whirpool. I have owned many Whirpool appliances...washer/dryer, stove, and dishwasher. I have been extremely pleased with all of them. Thanks for making such a good product.

We love our new Refrigerator. It has made the kitchen look better and the french doors make for easy access. I would like to have another deep door shelf but there is plenty of room now. Great product and it is a Whirlpool!

Love the ease of changing the shelves to fit larger containers. Love the lower drawer ( great for the kids stuff ) Glad that there is a meatdrawer and 2 vege/fruit drawers. Freezer holds a lot and slides open easily. Solid family fridge!

We recently did a kitchen remodel and were looking for a particular appliance color scheme, as well as, one that had all in one functions. The Whirlpool Refrigerator product fit our criteria. We were particularly impressed with everything being at our fingertips and easily accessible. The color was just what we were looking for as it accented the counter tops, the dining set and the new floors. It also was a big advantage that the store was located next to the Store that was doing our remodel. They worked together to help coordinate the installation of the appliances with the completion of the project.We also bought other Whirlpool products to further enhance our new remodel. We were very pleased.

Disappointed

we purchased this fridge as an 'upgrade' to our allowance in building a house. TWICE in a month the fridge stopped working and we had to have technician come out and fix it. the second time was right before christmas so i lost a few hundred dollars in groceries. Not happy!

The design of the interior especially the drawers are such thatYou can not open right side with out both doors openThe freezer compartment is small as compared to our side by sideI would go back to a side by side
