I love my new fridge!

I love my new Whirlpool fridge. We bought a stainless steel an it is beautiful. It is very roomy and the shelving is easy to move around. It is easy to find things. I really like my freezer at the bottom, which makes it much easier to find items. The door shelves are wonderful. Everything fits! I also like having different draws to store fruits, vegs, meats, etc. I am a very organized person and this definitely fits me. It was made for me!Thank you, WhirlpoolLinda

Lots of space and many shelf arrangement options.

This refrigerator has many shelf, rack and drawer placement options. All components remove easily for cleaning. It's a little tricky to clean in the bottom of the freezer compartment, but not impossible. Makes some noticeable noise but it's not excessively loud. It's a hassle to use a special stainless cleaner for the outside, but it's the only thing that gets rid of the finger prints. Overall - great frig and would choose it again.

Unusable at less than 5 months old

This refrigerator broke a week and a half ago and has been unusable since. Supposedly, the problem is with the compressor and the dryer box may need replacement. We have only had it since July 5, 2012.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost 4 year old refrigerator would leak water out onto my floor after 2 years. $150 fix. Now the freon tube keeps getting frozen so my refrigerator is not cooling. This is $550 fix which I have decided against.

Everything is great about the refrigerator. It meets our needs perfectly. The only recommendation is that it should be easier to remove the divider in the top shelf of the freezer. I gave up on trying to take ours out, but otherwise- we have absolutely no problems and this issue is not a major issue for us- just an inconvenience that we pay less attention to as time goes on.

Jazz Boards are a Problem

We have lost three loads of food due to three catastrophic failures of the unit. The Jazz board has been a problem. After the original one failed when the unit was just out of warranty, a second one failed a month later. Now the unit is not operating appropriately again and it will only be three years old in April.If it were working right, we would like some of the features like the freezer on the bottom and the French Doors.

Quite, energy star and I can go to bulk food store to shop and it all fits. I can stock up on frozen items this is an excellent investment.
