It's okay.

We bought basic, because we had to throw out a similar unit, same brand, that was only six years old. The compressor had died, and the rest was dying. Just junk. Problem is, most of what's out there is made by the same manufacturer, so there was no escape. So, without any high expectations, we bought a unit with absolutely no bells or whistles except an ice maker. It is functional, and it is too new to drop dead yet. We can fit our stuff in it, and it keeps it cold. The door design seems to have improved a bit in six years, as the halves no longer crash together if one closes the left door last. We're hoping we can get the kick plate back on when we have to remove it to clean. We're hoping the metal bar in the freezer doesn't pop off, never to go back on again. And, if it makes it to at least ten years, we'll be thrilled. But, our original Whirlpool, bought back in '81, is still going strong, and that's what we really had come to expect from a refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has some good features

There are some good features in this refrigerator such as the full sized bottom tray but the shelves in the upper part are hard to adjust and the freezer bins are even harder to adjust

This refrigerator holds everything!

While not the largest refrigerator on the market, the internal configuration of this refrigerator provides a place for everything, regardless of size. There is a good balance of door, drawer and shelf space. The lower freezer is super convenient and is easy to keep organized. I love this refrigerator!

The unit is 8 years old and does not cool in the fridge compartment. Freezer is working well though. I expect something this expensive to last more than 8 years.

Love this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator 10 years with no problems until recently. The drain pan has a crack in it which caused water to leak onto the floor. Replacement part was available thro appliance parts pros online but was very expensive. I love the bottom freezer.
We don’t use the ice maker so that takes up space unnecessarily.
I would recommend this to a friend!
