I just love this refig. I am in my late 50's . I have had several of refig though out my life . Top freezer, side buy side..I don't no how 2 explain this refig. I just love it so much I took pictures of it and show everyone I know that have the old type. This is the greatest refig I ever had.it is so easy to get what u want and a lot of space. Wow it is great. If I ever have to buy anotherone it would buy one like this. Great job whirlpool. Oh by the way my husband has medical problems and he very much love this refig. Thank you whirlpool

We chose this refrigerator for three reasons. Firstly, we wanted to own a refrigerator which was designed to use a minimum of energy. Secondly, we found that this unit whose freezer was beneath the double doors afforded easier access to the main section. No longer do we have to bend way down to retrieve something. And finally, we made sure that this fridge was highly rated by a well-known consumers' guide.

Excellent and versatile design

I purchased this French Door refrigerator after having returned several different models from other manufacturers. I am thrilled with the space and versatility of this Unit. It is spacious and full of design perks including great light, sturdy attachments, shelves and drawers. Humidity control and the ability to accommodate different size products is exceptional. It is easy to clean, produces beautifl ice and maintains temperature excellent here in the tropics. It is energy efficient and looks beautiful in my new kitchen. I was so impressed with the design and quality of this unit I purchased a Whirlpool range for the same project !!

The french door model and bottom mount freezer drawer are both helpful for someone with arthritis. They eliminate the need to contort your body to reach things in the refrigerator or freezer. Everything is easily seen and accessible. No more lost food with mold growing on it.The unit is so quiet, you don't even know it is running. A wonderful discovery.We love our new refrigerator.

So far this refrigerator has worked wonderfully. I wish I would have gotten a bit bigger size however. If feels a bit cramped to me, but had we gotten the next size up I am sure I would have been 100% satisfied. It would have been too much trouble to exchange it..It's annoying to me that I have to open both doors to open a drawer on one side. The ice maker works GREAT!.

I just love this refrigerator. It keeps food uniformly cold and frozen. Having the double doors on the top not only looks good but works well. This design also gives you a great view of what is in your refrigerator. The freezer drawer gives plenty of room and easy visibility. It is a pleasure to own and easy to clean.

Love the doors

I love the double doors on the top that can be opened and closed independently. I don't have to bend down and try to look in back every time I need to get something out. I don't use/go into the freezer as much so I like it on the bottom. I like being able to keep larger items on the side of the doors.The freezer has a pull out shelve but you can't really see it when you open the frig. I think I will need to clean it more often but I still prefer this to having the freezer on the top or side.

My 83 year old father bought me a fridg 4years ago. It was a historically reliable brand, but lasted only 4 years and I could find no one willing to repair it. With careful research and advice from local appliance stores I was steered toward Whirlpool brands as an American brand with a strong record of reliability. I am pleased with my purchase and I have reccommended the brand name to numerous friends who are in the market to replace appliances. Thanks for providing a great product.
