The rollers of the refrigerator have put dents in my brand new hardwood floor, so how to clean underneath?? The ice tray is located in the back of the top drawer. If you take the tray out, the ice machine decides to drop ice into the bottom and it's almost impossible to remove it. If you do not close the freezer door all the way (and that happens if there is ice in the bottom and just a tiny piece), it looks like it snowed inside the freezer. It seems as though the refrigerator runs most of the day on a medium (5) setting and it's pretty noisy. On a better note, organizing the food within is great. Large opening and plenty of space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the side by side bottom freezer model, and I have always had a single door vs. side by side, and although it takes some time to get used to, once you do, its a great feature. You just have to know which side you need to open to retrieve what you are wanting, otherwise you have to open both doors. I would recommend this product.

Everytime I open the doors, refrigerator, or freezer, I just look in and say, "I love you". So much room, everything is visible and accessible, without having to move things just to see where things are. I love it.

With the freezer on the bottom it makes retrieving items from the storage bins a cinch. No more getting on the floor to get your salad fixings. We chose the model without ice and water on the door because it took up so much room inside the refrigerator. I would have liked to have the choice on the can beverages slot on the door. I need more shelf space instead.

After 6 months, the repairman is here again today for the 5th time. Icemaker design is junk. Freezer drawer light is cheap and junky. Will not make ice. Fridge shelves have a support that prevents you from getting items in the center all the way back, but It does seem to be roomy. Not a big fan of the bottom freezer anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only thing I would change about this refrigerator is the soda can dispenser. This should be an optional or even better a convertable item so people can decide if they would like to utilize it or use the space as a regular tray.

This product has made life much easier

This product has turned out to be one of the best investments for us. It has so much space inside to store all of the necessary items that we need to refrigerate. Our vegetables, meats, cheeses, and dairy products stay fresh so much longer than our previous refrigerator kept them. Having the freezer located on the bottom is certainly a Godsend for my wife and I since we have problems lifting our arms so high to reach frozen items. This product is such a great fit for our family and we are really proud to have it in our household. It has made our lives much more enjoyable.
