Needed to replace 55 inch projection tv. I am so happy I chose this. The picture, the features, everything. It has 3 hdmi ports and a variety of inputs and we can use the iphone as a remote control. I haven't purchased 3D glasses yet.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

After owning every type of tv. I went back to the plasma. In my opinion, its not only best value, but you can't beat the picture. Smart remote is awesome, it reminds me of the movie Click, its so intuitive, its scary. Thank you LG, your two for two.

After many problem setting the TV up, I got it going and am enjoying a great picture and sound.

This is my first LG tv and I am not disappointed in the least. The picture is gorgeous with a HD connection with great natural color tones and deep dark blacks. No issues at all with blurring or lag thanks to the refresh rate. The smart sound feature is the best I have seen so far and volume levels are wonderful for a flat screen. The remote is simple to use and pretty cool with the onscreen mouse pointer to work menus. The smart features are useful and easily integrated with my cable box, tablet, and laptop. I enjoy 3d every now and again, especially movies. The 3d is an active system and the depth is better than any LED I have seen

I compared this tv to others using Consumer Guide, features offered and price. LG was the best value for the money. It has a great picture and the internet options are easy to use. This particular model is 3D, but did not come with any 3D glasses. I still chose this tv over others that did include the glasses. For the difference in price, I'll buy them separately.

Wonderful HD picture. The Smart TV section is great, tho the browser is not flash enabled. The streaming works great and looks good. I dialed in the picture settings to match the room and the picture is great. The magic remote works great and is a blast to use..it takes just a little getting used to. Overall it is quite easy to use considering the amount of features that are packed in there. No regets.

Poor Quality - Remote failed within hours

Received the 60PH6700 on Wednesday 05/01/2013 and the remote that it comes with is not the silver one dipicted on the LG.com website. The plastic around the edges of the TV bezel looks bad, the smart remote that comes with it only functioned for 1 hour then stopped. Now I have a remote that no longer works. The TV does not come with active shutter 3D glasses, those are an additional $130.00. The HD picture is not good and the sound is lacking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
