So Easy!

I had a stackable Frigidaire that my parents bought me 15 years ago, and it worked great. Then I replaced it with the same type, only updated and I love this one too! So easy to use, just press the button and it's so quiet! Really love their products.

Problem witg dryer

I bought this last year, and I started using it two weeks ago. Both dryer and washer worked perfectly but today the dryer didn't start. It didn't make any sound when the bottom was pushed. The washer was working normally. What can I do?

Great appliance

I purchased my washer/dryer about a month ago and am very happy with it. The delivery personnel were pleasant and efficient. The washer/dryer is easy to operate and it's quiet. I am very pleased with it.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.. BUT A HAVE TO UNPLUG AN PLUG BACK EVERY TIME I WANT TO USE THE WASHER

Tech problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer works fine, but the washer stopped working, at a time it would start the cycle and then stop, now it just won't start. Some say it's the mother board reset and some say its replace. But no one can fix it. Can you help me get someone who CAN fix it in Tijuana Mexico? Please In the only owner. Ingot this new 3 years ago! Please help

Dryer Problems

I appreciate the size of this machine and that it can clean big loads. In agreeance with other reviews I wish there was some indication as to where in the cycle you are, I find it takes quite long to wash and on darks we end up with residue, drying has been quicker.
We have had problems where the washer just wouldn't drain, but managed to fix that ourselves. Now out of nowhere the dryer won't start. It does the regular three beeps and won't go further than that, always three beeps! It's quite frustrating. Dryer is about 4 years old. Anyone else had this problem and how to solve it?

The dryer will typically beep once when it starts and twice when paused, so three beeps may mean it is pausing itself due to an error. Please ensure that the lint filter and exhaust duct are clean and free of debris! You can also try shutting off power to the dryer for at least 30 seconds to reset the computer. If the error continues occurring, we would be happy to investigate further!
