How has this not been recalled?!
on March 12, 2015

I do not like this machine at all. I can't tell where the wash is in the cycle. (Nice to know if it's almost done or not, final rinse, etc.)
But the reason it needs to be recalled, is a major design flaw in the drain. I have already had my son's sock get sucked into the drain pump. The repair tech had to take the whole machine apart to get to it, and he already knew what it was going to be before he got to it... Because he has seen it so many times in this machine?! So the solution is to use a net, lingerie bag with anything smaller than a beach towel. This is totally ridiculous to me. I have never heard of such a thing.

A lot of issues

I have had this machine for 8 months and have had to have it serviced 3 times already. The pump has gone out twice and another piece of equipment came loose and was rubbing and knocking while it spun. It is a very basic model with no display screen or knob that tells you where it's at in the cycle. I was fine skimping on these features to pay less, but I also got an inferior product, so it will probably end up costing more in repair costs or maybe buying a different machine. I regret buying this unit.

Does not drain after 2y of use

Not fancy stackable machine and for 2y it worked fine. Then, all of a sudden the washer won't drain after wash, then it's a back breaking exercise to get the water out manually. I really don't think a washer should break down in 2y with normal use. Cost beginning to run now. Also not a fan of the washer, dirty residue often remain on cloth after spin/drain cycle

Disappointed

Dryer only dries on high head setting. knob design is poor, you cannot tell what cycle the washer is in because there are no indicators on the dial. I like using fabric softener in my clothes and have to wait until after the machine runs through a complete cycle and then reset to the rinse cycle in order to use fabric softener. A lot of beeping of the dials. I feel this design in the operating knobs will not hold up over the long term. Very disappointed.

Sorry it was purchased

Dryer door is not reversible so it's on the wrong side. We had to put a magnet on it to keep it from smacking your head. It takes FOREVER to do a load of laundry. Very unhappy with this purchase.

This is the worst design of a washer I have ever seen or used. The dryer is great, but from day one I had trouble. Lid locked, called repairman, 2 weeks for part. Opened lid, didn't run. fuse out on control panel, ordered part. another week for part. Installed new control panel. seemed to work. repairman left. Washed first load, or so I thought, then pump wouldn't spin out the dirty, soapy water. Buzzing noise. Tried the rinse/spin button. Nothing. More buzzing noise. Repairman back next day. He got it to at least rinse and spin. Said pump was making funny noises and didn't recommend trying to wash another load. It is now going to be replaced. Grrr - Lots of frustration. No indication on the controls where in the cycle you are. Buttons do not turn with the time on either the washer or dryer. No On or Off buttons, just a Push to Start or Push to Pause. Really poor design. Never should have hit the market.

Very poor design to operating the machine. Can't tell where
the machine is in the washing cycle. Can't open the lid to check if there is enough soap in the machine. The water did not spin out of the machine after the wash cycle. Had to manually turn the dial to SPIN/Rinse cycle to get water out of clothes so I could put in the dryer. Dryer works ok.

Thought this was a joke when I got the email.
Two units in 6 months. NO ONE WILL REPAIR them. IT TAKES WEEKS for a response. Obviously has a problem w/the drain pump. LOTS of complaints. I have now replaced the second unit with another brand.
