Got what I paid for

I bought this lesser expensive model because too many bells and whistles seem to confuse my husband. I wish I'd upgraded. However, it works! It cleans! It almost dries!

Broken...AGAIN!

I purchased two Laundry Centers. The washer did not work in one and the dryer in the other. They were both repaired. The one with the broken dryer needed another part. Two weeks to repair both centers. The motherboard and a sensor went out the first time. Now the dryer is BROKEN AGAIN!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm on my third laundry center... In two months. The first one the blower fan broke on, the second one the hearing element went out on, and now the third one the washer has stored acting up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SADLY, I HAD TO REPLACE MY SIMILAR TYPE FROM SAME MANUFACTURER OF 14 YEARS, THE DRAIN/SPIN DIED ON THAT OTHER WASHER-JUST HAD MY NEW ONE FOR 6 DAYS, AND THE LOCK FEATURE WILL NOT OPEN, NOTHING WORKS ON THE WASHER NOW, NOW ON 12/23, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SERVICE ON IT ALREADY, IT HAS MANY BAD TURNS IN THAT THE WATER LOAD FOR LARGE ONLY REACHES UP TO THE SAME AS FOR MEDIUM, CANNOT SEE ON ANY TIMER WHEN TO ADD THE FABIC SOFTNER-NO TIMER TO BE SEEN ON HOW THE WASH IS PROGRESSING AT ALL-NO HELP ON KNOWING WHERE YOU ARE ON THE CYCLE AT ALL.
I WISH THAT THEY WOULD JUST GO BACK TO THE MOSTLY MANUAL FEATURES OF BEFORE, THIS WASHER TUB IS ALSO SMALLER THAN THEIR PREDECESSORS.
NOT REALLY THRILLED WITH IT, BUT IN A SMALL SPACE WHAT CAN ANYONE BE EXPECTED TO BUY?
I WISH THAT THEY WOULD JUST GO BACK TO THE MOSTLY MANUAL FEATURES OF BEFORE, THIS WASHER TUB IS ALSO SMALLER THAN THEIR PREDECESSORS.

Pump burned out

Bought in December 2014. Ran great until smelled a burning smell. Pump burned out and won't run. It's plugged. (Most likely a sock or small rag, etc. based upon other reviews.) Hard to take apart. This is a design flaw and shouldn't happen.

I bought my washer and dryer set a few months ago and have been happy with it ever since. I live in the condo so I needed compact machine and this one fit perfectly in the space that I have. The machine uses less water then normal stackable machine and that's a great feature. I recommend the machine highly.
