Bad Dials

Terrible design on the dials, they beep, not sure what it means.
You can't see the progress of the wash or dry cycles. Once a cycle has begun, can't be stopped. NO signal when dryer is finished. I replaced an older model of similar design. If I had been aware of the changes I would have purchased from another manufacturer.

i agree with others, poor design on washer , i never know where it's at in the cycle and i tried a fabric softener ball and when the cycle was complete the ball was still full, it never opened and released the fabric softener. so...now i either have to listen or keep checking for the rinse cycle or just use dryer sheets which i don't prefer. Dryer seems to work fine though, dries quickly but a little noisy!

Our new Frigidaire Electric Washer/Dryer Laundry Center makes us nervous. It's a fairly new design and has a few quirks. Makes an annoying noise during the washing cycle that sounds like someone bouncing a ball. We've already had it serviced twice and we didn't have it but a few months.

I've had this washer and dryer for almost a year now. My clothes are clean and dry. I don't like the fact that I can't cancel a cycle. Once it starts, it has to finish.
