Dryer broke in less than 1 yr but warranty covered

I bought a Frigidaire stacked washer and dryer. The dryer fell apart after about ten months. The screws came loose at the rear of the interior of the dryer and made a huge clunking sound with screws being tossed about while the dryer was drying a load of laundry. Fortunately, the warranty covered fixing it because it broke within one year. If it had happened 2 months later, the warranty wouldn't have covered its repair. Otherwise, it's an okay unit. The dryer doesn't really remove all of the lint or hairs on clothing like other dryers I've owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good job cleaning clothes

Dryer sometimes takes two cycles to fully dry. Overall very satisfied with the product so far.

Quiet operation

Fits into first floor closet so no longer do we have to drag laundry
up and down the stairs at the age of 84.

Works Fine

This is my second Frigidaire washer/dryer stack. It is interesting to see the differences between the old transmission washer and the motor controlled unit. I am concerned the belt is wearing out. And my experience is after market parts are not as good as original equipment. Question, the machine is softly chiming three times and I have yet to find a solution or a reason for this behavior. It still works.

Washer stops after a couple of seconds

We had this washing /dryer for a couple of years was working fin but suddenly the washer began to stop a couple of seconds after the begining of the cycle. wath could be the cause?
