I have had this unit 2 months now. It does a great job cleaning clothes, the dryer is quick and efficient. I'm very happy with my choice to buy Frigidaire.

Easy reach knobs! Italian design, Made in USA!

Very nice design from Italian parent company: Electrolux, I love the easy reach knobs. So happy with the balancing system to keep shaking to a minimum when washing and drying huge beach towels. Remember to adjust rubber feet in or out using a level front to back and side to side.

It was a quite model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance on this machine used to be quite. Within months you could hear the machine working. Nothing is wrong with it, it still washes the clothes well it is just noisier. I should say when it worked. NOW I can't get the washer to work. The dryer is working. I've done all the troubleshooting for the washer but nothing happens. It doesn't even beep when you turn the knob. Strangely enough the dryer side does.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lasted two years.

I’ve had the unit for two years. The dryer belt jumps off frequently. Also, the drain holes for the water softener plug very easily, and will flood your laundry room often. Now the washer won’t work. Half the time it stops mid cycle, the other half it locks the door and does nothing. I’ve had someone out to look at it, but there’s no error codes, so they don’t what’s wrong with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great energy saver appliance

We bought a new home and it only has space for a stackable unit to do laundry.
It is me and my husband and our three teenagers and a couple grandchildren most weekends.
You can only imagine the amount of laundry that is done in this appliance.
Three loads almost everyday, sometimes only two sometimes four.
The only complaint I really have is that I can only do small loads. But that is known in buying a stackable unit, I wish we did have room for a bigger one.
It may have gotten a little bit louder in the two-and-a-half years since we've owned it, and the heating element went. Ours is gas. We had no problem locating the part and replacing it ourselves.
I cannot find my manual and I would like to soak laundry now and then in a tub full of soap and water but I cannot find out how to do that without filling it by hand, in saying that if I would have to list one complaint that would be it.
I came looking for the manual online and that is where I saw the reviews and felt compelled to leave my own review.
In reviews where some people listed a problem I did see an associate with the company offering vsolutions to the problem. When mine is gone for good I will be looking for one very similar with the same company.
