Less drying time

This system is a huge change for me. I was shocked that it takes 60+ minutes to do a load of laundry. But.... I am pleased with the results of the washing. If I could go back, i would purchase the model with the fabric softener dispenser. There is no light/signal by tone to tell when you are at the last rinse. Consequently, I have to use the "ball" at the initial loading of the washer. All and all, I am pleased with this washer/dryer pair.

Saves Space in a Big Way

I bought this washer dryer so I could save some space in my new downsized home. I was quite surprised at the capacity of both the washer and the dryer. That was a big plus that makes me very glad I made this purchase.

Right Size

This combination washer dryer is the right size for a small apartment. It actually is in the basement where we have about 900 sq ft of living space where visitors can stay for a short ( and I mean short) period of time. The washer/dryer makes it easy for our visitors to do their laundry with lugging it up/down stairs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As a senior citizen I moved my laundry to the mail floor, and every time I use this Appliance I am thankful for the performance and the location.

worst product ever!

Not enough water to wet a single bed sheet set. Clothes do not get clean. Repairmaen come and go and still the same because "it is working as designed." Poor design then.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor washer, ok dryer

I bought this unit in November 2016. The dryer works as it should. However, the washer is awful. No matter how one puts clothes in the wash, no matter the water temp of cold or warm, no matter the amount of liquid HE detergent, there is always one or two articles of clothing that has white residue on it. I then have to put these articles of clothing through a rinse and spin cycle. This is supposed to be an energy efficient washer, however, if I have to use a rinse and spin cycle after each load, it is not so energy efficient. The only time this does not occur with the washer is when using hot water. Unfortunately, how water damages my clothing. I use warm water with most of my colder water wash clothing in an attempt to avoid the white residue. In reading previous reviews, this is a well known problem. Is there no fixing this issue? Is anyone working to address this beyond the customer service suggestions, which don't help?

Gosh, I would hate having to run my clothing through an extra cycle after a wash. Here’s a tip that might help alleviate your matter for you. You want to ensure you are using the correct amount of detergent per load and the correct water temperature per the directions on the laundry detergent. Using the incorrect water temperature and amount of detergent can possibly cause the matter you are experiencing. You can also attempt to clean the inside of your drum as well, which can possibly be the culprit.
