I purchased the gas model, which was installed March 16. The dryer sensor cycles seldom dry the clothes. Had repairman tell me that because the loads are not large enough the items don't pass the sensor enough to signal that the clothes need more drying time. This makes no sense to me at all. So the options for drying are 60 and 90 minutes; however, this is too long for delicate items. The vent screen is too small. Last punch in the gut: two weeks after installing the washer stopped working. Repair person said the water pressure sensor and switch was defective! Now I've been waiting 2 weeks for part of arrive and it's going to be another week till it arrives and can be installed. I've about had it with this brand/model!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERY BAD WASHER!!!!

I bought this machine a couple of months ago and I am very UNHAPPY with the purchase. The clothing do not get cleaned, they come out with white stains/lint all over, and i have to manually scrub the stains to remove them. I had four different techs from various companies come down and they all said that nothing is wrong with the machine, but because this model does not have an agitator it is possible that the lint stays on the clothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my washer/dryer. It is so quiet. I also love the large capacity of the unit. It asked up so little space but is so large on the inside

Needs improvement!

I bought this machine three weeks ago. I have done several loads of laundry and none seem to come out correct. I separate colors towels etc. and do blacks alone. There is lint on the black clothes every time even if I wash them inside out. The water level is not high enough – often doesn't cover clothes. I cannot get the machine to wash small loads – have to have the machine almost half full and it is a big machine! Dryer does not dry on all settings.

Worst washing machine ever

This is the worst washer I have ever owned. It broke the third time I ever used it and left us stuck with it full of water until the repair man could come a week later. When I finally got the repair person in, he discovered that electric connection had come undone. Since then it works, but leaves the clothes filthy. They literally come out with food caked on them. I think the problem is that the basin doesn't have that center piece that most machines do. Do not buy this laundry center.

1) washing is quite noisy and I am unable to ascertain the cycle that it is in. Options are not easily available without instructions.
