Not good

Bought this machine less than a year ago and bag already having problems. I do 4 loads of laundry per week. 3 out of the 4 loads usually cancel. Machine will fill up then beep 3 times and leak right back out without washing. Had to call a technician this morning to check it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't really say much now...

until I use it for a while. Cannot wash a heavier piece of clothing with a lighter piece (i.e. jeans and couple long sleeve shirts) without the washer getting out of balance. Spin cycle is very, very, very loud when the clothes are out of balance. And I made sure that the machine was level too. Would be nice to know where you are in the wash cycle. The capacity level is great for a stacked unit. I would also like it if a manual came with it. Apparently no manual on line either. The more I use it, the more that I am learning some of the ins and outs, but I will wait to comment on the pros/cons and my finale opinion for a couple more weeks yet.

Does not wash all the clothes

I bought this a month ago and the washer does not wash all the clothes when it is
filled to more than half way.
The top of the clothes are dry and remain soiled. This is a major design flaw. I have tried all the settings and none work. The dryer does work fine.

I bought it 5 months ago and have had to have the dryer part repaired 3 times. when it's working it's excellent.
