Didn't work

Brought the machine new. Had it installed by the company I brought it from. Went to test the washing machine and it wouldn't stop filling with water. I had to turn off the mains water supply to the building to stop it. It was an inch away from flooding my home. I have now exchanged it for a different brand and design.
I don't expect this when buying a new expensive product. I've had nothing but problems from Frigidare appliances.

My first washer/dryer ever! The convenience is marvelous. Can't figure out why the washer and dryer cycles take so long to complete, however. Overall, though, it cleans clothes thoroughly and dries well, too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our unit washes and dries the clothes. We have discovered that socks can get outside the tub, cause issues and the need for repair. Wish the unit had some sort of visual timer to show when a cycle will be done.

For best washing performance, your dry load level should not be higher than the upper row of holes in your wash tub. We would also suggest combining large and small items in a load. Load your large items first. Large items should not be more than half the total wash load. Lastly, you may find using a mesh bag for delicate or small items will help prevent items from clogging your drain pump. Good basic compact washer/dryer combo

Bought this top/bottom washer/dryer as replacement. Very basic. I miss a softener dispenser and an indicator of where the washer is in the cycle so I can manually add softener, which I expected for the price. Does a good job of cleaning clothes.
