Flawed upon arrival

I'm very disappointed with this purchase. Upon washing my first load of laundry, I realized a large majority of the clothes were coming out dry. The repair person came to examine the machine and discovered that the mechanism which controls water input isn't working properly. I am now waiting for the necessary part to arrive so that this issue can (hopefully) be resolved. This is a brand new machine... Unacceptable.

Takes FOREVER to run a wash cycle!!!

We bought this set a year ago in prep for moving into our cabin. We have been doing our wash for 2 days now because the cycles take well over 1 and 1/2 hours to run thru!!! Why is it taking so long to do a load of wash???!!! We actually hate this set and will never refer or buy another from the company. We have tried to find how long the cycles should take, timewise, but we cant even find any information regarding that issue! We are so disgusted with the set.. :(

I dont understand how to use it..

I purchased this about 2 weeks ago..The manual is not explaining how to use this properly. Is there a video Tutorial? I dont know how to drain the washer so my cloths have no water before I put them in the dryer.Eg my towels are full of water and I have to wring them out. help help help!

Your washer may be overloaded with clothing, try not to overload your washer. Please visit your owner’s manual for more tips. Also, your drain hose may be kinked, see your Installation guide for proper installing of the drain hose. If this proves to be ineffective, please contact us directly.-Kindest Regards

Do NOT buy this laundry center

I bought this laundry center 3 months ago and it is HORRIBLE? The clothes do not get clean. The Normal cycle takes 1.5 hours. There is NO softener dispenser. Yes you can use dryer softener sheets, but Good quality Towels NEED liquid softener..dryer sheets ruin towels ability to absorb water....
So disappointed in this set. If there was a Minus Star to rate I would do it.

What a useless machine. It takes a long time to wash a small load of cloths. After all that time cloths are not even washed. So frustrating

Hen1, I am dismayed to that your laundry center has frustrated you so. In a washing machine with a low, or no, agitator (like yours), plates or discs cause the tub to gently juggle or spin the laundry. Items will be saturated but not covered by water. The unique impeller motion moves clothes through the water, using the motion of clothes against each other to aid in cleaning. Items will be saturated but not covered by water. This is why laundry should be bunched into its own “ball”, to allow beneficial item interaction (page six in your Owner’s Manual). Estimated cycle time for a normal cycle is 60-90 minutes, casual cycle 40-60 minutes. Ensure you are only using an HE (High Efficiency) detergent, in the amount recommended. If the machine senses excessive suds, it will enter additional rinse cycles until all suds are gone. Oversudsing and its residues can also negatively impact the washer’s ability to spin out the water (thus wetter items and longer drying times). I love the unit. Very quiet and washes very well. Also, the dryer is very quiet and drys clothes fast and perfectly! Perfect size stackable. Love my stackable!
