I bought this unit one month ago and am very frustrated. It takes over one hour to do a load on normal cycle. While the unit washes and wring dries well, it is very noisy during the post rinse/wring dry cycle. This unit is designed for condos and other small living areas where a stackable unit is desirable. This unit makes it nearly impossible to have quiet in the living area while it is in operation. I now have to plan to run the unit during waking hours as it is not conducive to run in the evening as it will not allow for a restful environment if you want to run at bedtime.
I'm very disappointed with this model. I should have them take the unit and I will buy something different. Poor design by this company

DOES NOT CLEAN AT ALL!

I HAVE HAD THIS UNIT FOR A WEEK AND HATE IT. CLOTHES DO NOT COME OUT CLEAN AFTER WASHING THEM AS THE WATER LEVEL IS SO LOW THAT IT WASHES THEM IN THEIR OWN DIRTY WATER. I WASHED QUEEN SIZED SHEETS AND TUB ONLY FILLED UP 5 INCHES. JUST COVERED THE TOP OF THE WET SHEETS. TRIED TO RETURN UNIT TO STORE BUT THEY WILL NOT TAKE BACK AFTER 48 HOURS. I AM STUCK WITH IT. NOW HAVE CALL TO SERVICE DEPT TO COME LOOK AT. WOW, THIS IS A NEW MACHINE. SHOULDN'T HAVE REPAIRS ALREADY.

I recently posted a negative review of this product. We went back to the store and insisted they replace it which the store did. When the new installers pulled out the one we originally received, packaging parts and other unidentified things popped out. Obviously it had been shoddily installed. The new one is working well and we have no complaints thus far.

Large capacity. Ok stacked machine

Needed a stacked unit to accommodate space. Good unit for price. Had a large capacity for both was and dry. It is a little on the noisy side but definitely gets the job done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this service free for 4 1/2 years. Only just now I need some slight servicing. Not surprising due to 4 1/2 years of constant service! Great product!
