[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer/dryer to free up space in our laundry room and it is perfect! The drum is big and the dryer is larger than it appears. It’s perfect for our family of four! It requires less laundry detergent and is just a nice machine all the way around. My mother-in-law was so impressed, she is thinking of buying one.

Both good and bad features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using for a few weeks.Washes well. Disappointing feature is lack of a "end of drying cycle" alert. Our laundry room is not close to other living areas and if we do not keep close watch on the time elapsed, we end up with wrinkled clothes. Very poor decision to leave this out.

Love the HUGE Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than two months old and the washer just stopped mid cycle. I can't get the top open to take out clothing. Call 800# to schedule warranty It took forever to get past the Computer Voice. After 3 attempts a human being answers to RE-VERIFY everything I told the computer. He made promises that the repair would be 8-10 am the next morning. NO....that was not true as the Local Warranty Service Company called to say 5 days before I can get a repair person. over 30 minutes to schedule repair.. My clothes are wet and I can't get them out to DRY.
Not a happy person. No separate spin cycle which I used constantly on my old washer. It' is rinse & spin only. There should be a release for the lock.

Disappointed, takes longer than average time to complete a normal cycle. I do not like that you cannot pause it and advance the cycle. Also it overflowed twice, had soap residue on some items and a pair of pants never got completely wet so I'm suspect how clean my clothes are getting.
