Horrible features

We bought this unit to replace another Frigidaire unit that worked perfectly for many years. This one is short in performance, takes too long and uses more electricity than the old design that was manual and could be used properly.
Very disappointed. I will put it for sale on an internet site just to dump it and buy another brand.

Thorough cleaning and drying

The capacity is really more than a single-family household needs, yet it all comes out spotless when I fill it to the brim or only 1/3 of the way. My problem is that as a 5’ 3” woman, it’s tough to reach items in the bottom of the tub. I need a “reacher” to get it all.

Dissapointed

Bought this unit back in June of 2017 and already the heat fuse has blown twice. Once just three months after purchase and the second time this week. Thank goodness for the warranty but its only for 1 year. Told that we needed to dry smaller loads and that's laughable because we are only drying hand towels about 20 at a time in this unit. Waiting to see how our local appliance guy does with options from Frigidaire on addressing this problem.

Space saver yet big capacity

I was concerned that it would not do a big load but happy to report that I do 8 twin sheets along with a fee pieces of clothing. The controls are simple dials so no worries about electronic computer problems. Clothes come out clean and no agitator to catch corners. I highly recommend.
