Where's the water

The long washing cycles may be saving water but is costing more in electric usage and overall more of my time to do the laundry. An average wash cycles can last a hour and a half.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not have good water level efficiently.

Large loads do not get washed properly, they come out partly dry. I am completely unhappy with the washers performance. I literally have to manage the entire wash cycle, from start to finish. I wish that I had read the reviews before my purchase. I am going to call for service to see if they have made some mechanical retrofits or replacement part recalls.

Took 3 hours to break

Purchased the Unit earlier this month, it was finally delivered today and replaced an old set. Didn't even make it through 3 cycles before the dryer stopped working. Through the troubleshooting manuals and other reviews on here I'm thinking it has something to do with the thermal fuse. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general, it does what it needs to do and I'm satisfied with the results. However, a couple things of note:
One, compared to my previous dryer, it seems to leave behind a bit more lint on clothing. Not a huge deal because a good shake of the clothing takes care of it, but it does leave a bit to be desired.
The other main issue I've noticed is that for apparently no reason at all the washer will occasionally stop with the lid locked. No idea why it does that. It is as though the wash was over, but it just forgot to unlock the lid. So I have to push the button for the load to run again and I'm not actually sure if the load was washed and I'm rerunning the load from the beginning, or if it paused and got stuck. I really don't know what the deal is, but it is kind of a pain in the butt from time to time.
Lastly, I'll just mention that I was very surprised that this unit didn't include a buzzer or something to indicate that the wash or dry cycle was done. You just have to pay attention to it to know when your cycles are done, but as I don't typically sit in the washroom waiting for it (ever), it'd be nice to get an alert that I can continue with moving the wash to the dryer or folding the clothes from the dryer.
I'm a bit nervous that in a year I may be let down by this unit due to the above issues, but for the time it washes and dries my clothes and I'm satisfied.

Performance is poor

Purchased this appliance to fit limited space in the laundry area. Washer below does not spin the clothes dry enough to finish in the dryer above. Local appliance technician checked out the unit recently. He ran the washer cycle empty & couldn't find a problem. We reviewed the operating manual with him, & the washer still doesn't spin dry clothes properly.
