Broke within a year, but the warranty covered it

It really speaks to the quality of the appliance if it starts breaking within a year, the agitator broke so the warranty covered the repairman and the replacement agitator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washer/dryer - big expectations!

I bought this washer/dryer 2 months ago! All was good about 6 weeks! Than dryer stop working!
Thanks Got I bought an extended 10 years Warranty!
Great service! Technician came to my apartment, ordered new part for the dryer: thermostat! On Next Visit thermostat was installed! Great job!
Now washer/ dryer combo is like new again!
Working good!
But all washer and dryer different circles are too long!
My privious washer/dryer was working 10 years with no needs for repairs!

Yikes! I regret that your laundry center needed service so soon and unexpectedly, Slana. However, I am glad the matter was resolved under your warranty coverage. Washers connected to water supplies with lower inlet pressure will experience longer filling times and may not complete cycle as quickly. Drying time varies depending on size and dampness of load and fabric type. Room temperature and humidity, type of installation and electrical voltage or gas pressure can also affect drying time. Clean the lint filter after every load. Lint build-up on the filter restricts air flow, which causes longer drying times. Few improvements needed

Like the large capacity. Would increase size of lint trap. Lint flies out when opening door. Also no indicator what cycle the washer is in when running.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Disappointed

Bought this on Feb. 2, 2017 and would never buy one again very disappointed have owned it less then 6 months and have had to have repairmen out 5 times with this last one that we are expecting Fri. 21st of July being without a dryer more then a month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Space saver!

We recently remodeled our 5'x5' laundry room and got rid of our conventional washer/dryer to save space. Works out great! Washes as well as our front loader, however, the preset dry times do not work at all. Everything needs to dry on "high" at 60 minutes in order to dry. Permanent press still comes out pretty well at this setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback, nonickname23! I am glad you are enjoying your new appliance. If your clothes are not drying in the preset timeframe, it may be overloaded. The average wet load will fill the drum 1/3 to 1/2 full. Items need room to tumble freely for even drying and less wrinkling. Also, please make sure the lint filter has been cleaned prior to starting the dryer. ~ Brandi

Nice size

I have had this washer dryer since May, not to happy with the way it washes, don't like the water saver, doesn't put in a enough water to get them clean, and don't like I can't put any softer in it .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Debuzard! Your washer is equipped with an energy saver option which reduces water temperature to save energy, lowers water usage slightly and also extracts more water to reduce drying time. Reading other reviews is a bit scary! However, this is a perfect product for a 6'x6' utility room w/limited space. Was looking for front loading, stackable units but was unable to find a front load washer with the correct door swing at a reasonable cost. Initially, was pretty sure that I didn't want any unitized set up due to the somewhat awkward bending required to get the clothes out of the washer but the compromise of this unit w/high efficiency and no center agitator seemed workable. So far, the features of this unit are ideal: stainless steel tubs, economizing water control levels. handles standard load sizes, effective cleaning power, relatively quiet operation, etc. Do wish it would have qualified for utility company rebates for high efficiency/energy saving but was not on the approved list for our area's utility provider...bummer! Did purchase the extended 5-year warranty as a potential buffer/safeguard to so many negative reviews. So far, so good...am pleased with the product styling and performance!
