We bought a commercial one for our home in Canada and this one for Florida because it keeps produce fresher than any other refrigerator we have ever owned. We went away for 5 days and when we came home the produce looked like I just bought it.

Happy with this purchase except for door front's warping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was delivered about 3 months ago. when initially installed, the left door hung low and did not close properly. The installer referred me to the Kitchenaid repairmen. They came out and said that the door CANNOT BE ADJUSTED! Who makes a product like that? So he ordered a new door. 12 weeks later, we were still waiting on a door. So I complained. They sent out a new fridge. The left door was also hanging and the right door had multiple dings in it. So that went back. The delivery guys told me I should get a different model...one with adjustable doors. I am now waiting for ANOTHER fridge to be delivered. But even if I get a perfect one, it bothers me that there is no adjustment to be made to the door. Let's face it, doors get out of adjustment all the time. Maybe if I don't use it, it will be okay? Not sure about this.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new appliance installed in a newly built home. After a month in the home, kitchen wood floors were warping in front of refrig! Called dealer--returning product was not an option due to Whirlpool/ KitchenAid policy! Had to go through a long process of detecting the problem, ordering parts, and serviceman returning to repair! Now we must deal with the damaged wood floors! Not a good experience with our 1st KitchenAid product!!!
