The only complaint we have is that it did come with an egg tray and all our other refrigerators have in the past. The refrigerator cools very nicely and it very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a month ago, huge upgrade over previous fridge. I wanted to stick with a counter depth fridge but maximize the space. I have a family of 6 and this works well for us. I'm not in love with having water inside the door - kids are constantly getting water out of the fridge, leaving the door open for quite a while and not always closing all the way. Closing the left side requires a little more push. However, this has given me reason to love the alarm when the temp rises too much. One other detail that I find annoying is the grate shelf in the freezer. Things can easily fall through it, and once they do they are hard to reach. I bought a thin foamed mat (for kitchen drawers and shelves, I believe) and cut it to size so there is at least a surface to catch falling items - cutting placemats might work too. Overlooking these two minor complaints, it feels like a premium product so far.

This is my 2nd French door Kitchen Aid, and I still love their features and sleek stainless look. Water dispenser inside the fridge instead of the outside door is so much cleaner. Easy and functional too. Love the meat drawer (or whatever you want to utilize it for). A fridge worth having!!!
