[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received an extraordinarily good price on an open box item. For that reason we really love the refrigerator. Had we paid full price we would comment on some poor engineering.
* The water dispenser drips after use
* The water dispenser and ice are on the left. Opening and closing the left door causes the right door to come open. It took us a few days to train ourselves to close the right door fully after getting water or ice.
Again given the great price we do love the appliance.

The three levels in the freezer section were the main selling point for us - love the extra middle flat pull out. The extra large pull out drawer in the upper section holds so much - and it is really easy to use. And the new round handles look awesome - very cool.

Have only had it a few weeks but love the look and design. Although it a little smaller than the one we replaced, it has a much better layout that makes thing easy to find. Looks great in my open concept home.

The counter depth model takes up less space on the outside yet still has plenty inside (in fact I like that I don't have recesses in the far back of the fridge which only ever seemed to attract things that would later be thrown out. I would highly recommend this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridg about 4 months ago. It has been working well in that time. I find it roomy enough for our family of four. Like all freezers in the French Door model it is very small. I do think, however, that the three tiered pull outs are the best of the French Door freezer designs. They pull out fairly far and there is no lip on the inside of the freezer door. So when you open it you can look straight down and actually see what is in your freezer. A lot of the French Door models really require that you walk to the side to be able to see what's in it. I find it hard to clean the exterior. It smudges easily and takes some effort to clean. It does clean, but it takes some doing. It can also be somewhat noisy at times, but not often. I don't know if that is the icemaker or what. I have only had it for four months, but overall I am pleased.
