[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this fridge 4 months ago we love it especially the interior water dispenser, what a great idea to put it inside the door as you don't have to worry about it getting as dirty as an exterior one! The freezer has several bins so my frozen things stay organized. Love the ice scoop. It is a little noisy when it runs but it is not offensive, just more noisy than the Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is moisture that drips from the bottom of the double refrigerator doors. It also pools in top of the bottom freezer and freezes, thus causing an obstruction for the freezer drawer to close. The temperature is way too cold in the refrigerator, freezing my produce, though it is set at the recommended temp. I recently turned down the temp so we will see if that helps. The fridge access and drawers is good; the freezer has nice pull out drawers, but I do feel it limits storage space in the freezer. Looks good from the outside.

The freezer on the bottom also makes it pretty easy to get to the ice maker or frozen goods.
All-in-all, this is a good fit for my kitchen. I did have to get the cabinet cutdown so I could fit the taller refrigerator into place. Counterdepth is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small freezer holds very little. Fridge has cold spots that actually freezes food and destroys fruits and vegetables. Double doors don't close properly frequently leaving one of the doors partially open.
Kitchenaid recommended Toronto Appliance Service who came 5 times and couldn't resolve the freezing food issues.
This was all in less than a year. Get another fridge, this is a terrible choice.

Love having the freezer on the bottom, ice in a drawer with a hand held scooper, with ample space for all my frozen meats, vegetables, and boxed pizza.
Having the refrigerator on the top makes it easier to see what is stored. See through drawers for fruits and vegetables and a nice long, wide and see through drawer for deli meats and cheeses.
And it even beeps if you haven't closed the door all the way.
