Very Happy with product.

We looked for several weeks for a new frig and finally settled on this unit. We liked the side by side with the ice maker and filter. We choice a white unit with a smooth finish. Very easy to clean. Love the three doors in the refrigeration side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our needs are kept simple, so the Whirlpool unit both fit into the space alloted and provided an efficient cooler/freezer/water and ice chest.

The fridge is very good and handy. It was one of the few that fit the opening in our kitchen. Even if smaller footprint, it still stores a lot of food in both the fridge and frozen sides.The things I don't like are the stainless steel finish is hard to keep clean. Fingerprints and marks show up easily and only certain cleaners will remove them. The ice maker sometimes drops a cube near the opening so as soon as you place a cup there, the flap opens and out pours water from the melted cube(s). A drain to the evaporative tray below would easily solve this problem.

Hard to get excited over a refrigerator

I shopped for a basic model that would fit the cabinet opening I have to work with. I've had good experience with Whirlpool appliances and expect this model to work well. The interior provides ample freezer space for me and not so much refrigerator space. Plastic interior drawers and shelf brackets don't make for easy sliding. Unit produces odd sounds I'm guessing when in defrost mode. I did not have the water line connected because of leak problems with my last two refrigerators. P.S. Never buy GE fridges!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice design and looks good also. Bought this size due to limited space. Has ample storage and wanted the ice maker in the door. Which by the way works better than ones in freezer compartment, but is a little more noisy when dumping ice.So far very please with this refrigerator and wood recommend its purchase.

Great for old house with low cabinets.

I bought this refrigerator because I did not want to raise my cabinets higher. It is hard to find a good refrigerator at is 67" high with icemaker, water, etc... Not to mention great for short people. Love it!
