Do not like the design

We really do not like this product. It is way too small on the inside. We are a family of four and nothing fits. I pizza or a gallon of ice cream will not fit in the freezer or anything else. We have to buy smaller things and do smaller grocery runs just to get things to fit. Everything falls out when trying to reach back to get something in the back off the shelf. Would never buy a side by side again! The water dispenser leaks and runs down the outside. Is black so leaves a white reside which I have no idea how to get it off. Ice gets caught when we use ice dispenser and then it drips even more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has great features and is perfect for our needs. It is very quiet and has plenty of space inside freezer & refrigerator. We enjoy the door ice & water dispenser. The overall size is exactly what we needed for the space we had to put it in. We hightly recommend this product.

This sie by side unit had alll the features wewere looking for especially ice and filtered water. It met all dimensionsal requirements. My wife loved the stylish looks of the new black ice color so much that she also purchased a gas convection range featuring five burners with cast cooking grids.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All of the features designed into this product work very well. The controls are user friendly. The ice maker dispenses well and doesn't get clogged. We really appreciate the lighted dispensing area. The shelves are easily adjustable and very easy to clean. The refrigerator runs very quietly. There is ample space in the refrigerator compartment and the freezer for a unit this size. We purchased a smaller unit due to our space constraints. We are very happy with our decision to purchase this refigerator and we definitely comparison shopped. Excellent refrigerator and we look forward to having it in our home for a long time.

Product less than average

Found doors don't open all the way so it is hard to get items out of back of freezer. Unit worked great for 2 1/2 years. Then one day freezer side lost its cool and then next refrigerator side lost its cooling and now it shut itself off. Waiting now see what service tech has to say about it. Thanks to service plan it is covered.

Love our new appliance

We were limited by cabinet space so we ordered the same size when our old fridge began dying. We were so surprised by all the extra "inside" space. Having a water filter on the fridge is awesome. Our ice and water actually taste pure, not chemical-flavored.
