This is a great product! The shelves were properly placed. The water & ice always refreshing! My electric bill was reduced by half! Thank you!

This is the best refrigerator we have ever had in 39 years

The quality, features, ease of use, and performance are impressive with our new Whirlpool refrigerator. In addition, the sharp appearance and low sound level is awesome. This is our third Whirlpool refrigerator, each of the two previous have lasted 28 or more years without repairs of any kind. We have two refrigerators in the house, both Whirlpools, the one in the basement is 28 years old and running good and our new Whirlpool replaced another brand which was only4 years old and broke down twice. We're really happy with our purchase and glad we went with Whirlpool.

We always look for the Whirlpool brand when shopping. Past experience has proven you are buying quality when you buy Whirlpool. All our old Whirpool appliances lasted 22 years with no issues so we purchased this refrig without hesitation. Wow, when it was delievered and set up, all we could say was wow. sleek design, spacious and bright interior and the ice maker is stationed on the door, allowing for extra room in the freezer! Great design, great price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Whirlpool Refridgerator keeps cool when you want it to

This is the perfect fridge for us--just the right size and keeps everything at the temperature we set. The ice cream is rock hard and the milk is cold. The ice is either cubed or crushed and the water is easy to use and cleaning the tray is easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product at a reasonable price

The product was delivered ahead of time and the delivery staff was very professional.We chose this because it was very similar in style and capacity as our old refrigerator.The bonus however is the ice on the door as it free's up space in the freezer for more product. It is slightly noisier when the ice is dispenced but I expected that.Overall definitely a winner so far.

Poorly designed with too many feature and function flaws

We have had this unit for 6 months,and find that there are limitations and defects that make us question the value of the product. The doors are misaligned, and the freezer door has a distinct hitch when opened fully. The ice maker is somewhat tempermental, and the manual gives little instruction to allow the owner to evaluate and correct any issue. Even going on line to the Whirlpool site gives one pause that there is any attention given to ensuring the user has proper and satisfactory resolution to problems as they crop up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BETTER REALLY CHECK OUT THIS PRODUCT BEFORE YOU BUY

I am disapointed in the design. The icemaker in the door looked like a good idea on the sales floor, more freezer room but at home its not so. Because of the wider door the access to the freezer section is diminished.Causing the unit to be moved out more than normal.You ought to do something about this.
