I've had nothing but water leaks with this piece of junk refrigerator Four years old, and repairman cannot find the problem, but my laminate floor in front of the refrigerator is getting ruined. Turned off water to refrigerator, still leaks water every 7-8 days
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchase this product 5/19/12. As of today's date (7/31/12) had 2 service calls aready. The refrigator runs all day. Motor never seems to shut off. Also when you open the door to freezer & refrigator there always is a knocking sound. I should have keep my old model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The things that bother me about this fridge is: one of the crisper drawers binds and sqeeks, the ice bin is very small,, and when you go to get ice water runs out in your glass from the melted ice above the trap door.

This refrigerator has been really handy for us because I am caring for an aging mother who has mobility issues, so, if I am away from home, at least she can get ice and water easily right from the door dispenser. It keeps everything at the perfect temperatures too. Has a lovely and simple look to it. We really appreciate its convenience. The replacement filters were easily ordered and delivered quickly. Thank you for a good product!

We had space limitations re the size of the unit.The top shelf on the inside seems deeper and not as wide as our previous similar model. Sometimes we have to take items out to get to containers in the back.

Fine fridge and freezer but ice panel doesn't work

This refrigerator/freezer works fine. The apportionment of space is good. However, the panel to get ice or crushed ice does not work. For a new machine, it's pretty annoying. So far no one has been able to tell me how to fix it. THe ice machine itself makes ice, but the dispenser does not work at all.

Product is great with one initial issue

We bought the product in April, 2013. It is working well with one initial exception. Within a month of purchase, the water from the dispenser had what I would describe as a musty, dusty taste. Despite flushing the line, etc. it would not go away. The service rep from our vendor (we bought a long term warranty) replaced the plastic tubing that feeds the dispenser. This seems to have corrected the problem. He said it might be that the original line "wasn't cured". We will continue to watch for any changes.
