Two complaints

The only two "complaints" I have is that while it shaves close it is not as close as a blade. Secondly I am using shaving gel as compared with a product such as Electric shave because my lower neck becomes irritated without the gel. Otherwise it is the best electric shaver I have ever used especially since you can shave wet or dry and put the head under the faucet to clean it.

Shaves Nicely, no razor burn. Unsure about charging the battery though. I've read reviews that you cannot leave it plugged in all the time, or even go over the charge time if the counter reaches 60 minutes or the max. time. I take this with me on all my travels and there have been a couple of times that I go to use it and the battery is depleted leaving me having to scramble for an alternative at the hotel. May need a better travel lock or lock on it.

Excellent electric shaver, Norelco's best so far

Have been using Philips Norelco for years & the Senso Touch 3D is by far the best, except that you have to charge the base & not the unit itself.
The head/blade is very sharp and does an excellent job of shaving. I am less enamored of the ergonomics. The head is at an awkward angle with the body and I find my wrist bent at an uncomfortable angle while shaving. After 2 months I find a notable loss of sharpness.
