Takes 15-20 minutes to get a smooth shave

In order to get a smooth shave I must go over the same areas numerous times. This includes back and forth and in circles. The area just under my nose (moustache area) never gets a smooth shave no matter how many times I go over it.
Pros: recharges last a long time. 95 minutes.
Cons: irritates neck, sideburn cutter does not work well if at all, 15-20 minutes to get a smooth shave

Excellent shaver but still an electric shaver

Probably the best electric shaver I have used, but it still takes a lot longer to shave than I believe should be possible to engineer. Why do electric shavers still require "scraping" your face versus "press and shave"? The shaver still requires going over the same spot over and over again - why? Some spots (just below the nose) are hard to reach with the shape of the head. I know this sounds critical, but I am hoping that Philips takes my comments as constructive and hopeful future products will address the issues - again, as far as electrics are concerned excellent by comparison to all others I have tried.
Pros: i get almost a week of shaving from single charge, very quiet, comfortable, appears sturdy (but time will tell), easy to clean
Cons: still requires a lot of rubbing, charge time left does not show while shaving, below nose difficult to cover

Close, smooth and fast shave

I have used these products for years but this latest model is the easiest to use and clean. I was concerned that you had to carry the power cord and stand for trips but the battery life is so long that if I travel 3 weeks or less I don't even think about taking the charger. The shave is so efficient that I essentially get more battery life because I do not have to shave as long each time. The product easily cleans with tap water. The blades hinge away so they are easily assessable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this razor for my husband for Christmas last year. He's owned a lot of electric razors, but this is by far the best. He was just talking about what a great razor it is this morning. Keep up the good work.
