This product is awkward to handle; does not give a close shave; the time required to complete a shave is much too long.

Cons: battery dropped from 60 to 56 when recharging.

Best Razor ever

Ease of use and style jump out at you but the actual cut on my face ---smooth and sharp at the same time.
Cleaning is a breeze, run razor heads still attached under very hot water then open up the heads and rinse again, the booklet explains all this. I then rest the razor on a towel with heads open to dry.
Best razor in my life and I'm 71 with some cancer bits burned off my face and this razor is beautiful.

I like the razor. It shaves close, is quick, and comfortable and is easy to use! However, (see below).

I do not like the trimmer. It is noisy and does not cut well in trimming my mustache and my side-burns!! Everything else about the shaver is excellent. I ended up buying a Wahl product which takes care of the trimming.
Cons: see above.

Very good but older models shave better

I have used Norelco razors for the last 25 years. I have purchased the top of the line rechargeable model an average of every 6 years. I use them daily, with very good results. However this last model does not shave as good as the previous model that I own.
The battery life, and charging time are truly outstanding. The size and case wok very well. I did not even think of having to take a charger on my month long trip to Singapore, there was plenty of charge left on my return.
Keep up the good work.

I never used an electric razor before I found them not sharp enough
until this norelco i recieved as a gift I've recommended it to 3 people who have purchased the norelco and they love it.

This shaver does great job, especially wet. I use it with shaving gel with excellent results. Quick and simple. The only negative is it takes awhile to get used to it on sensitive areas, like the neck; but stick with it for a couple of weeks and you'll be fine. I wish that you could attach the charger cord to the razor so that you can shave when the battery dies.
Pros: quick clean shave
Cons: must use on battery not directly on ac.
