This is my first purchase of a 3D shaver. I am very impressed and glad that I selected it. It is quiet, smooth and gives a close shave. The three heads glide smoothly and stay to the form of my face. Easy to clean daily (with water) and the charge does last close to 3 weeks. I was first debating whether to spend so much for the 3D shaver and now I can say that I am glad I did.
Pros: quiet, easy comfortable grip, easy to clean, smooth
Cons: a little expensive, large charging stand

Unable to get a close shave with this razor. Not as good as the 8 year old Norelco I replaced. Very easy to clean.
Pros: easy to clean. long battery life.

This was a present from my wife, and more than I would have lavished on myself, but it has proven to be well worth the price she paid. A very close and comfortable shaver.

A Cristmas present from the wife. I already have two Norelco razors, regular with the three heads. I use this new razor and it preformed well. Found it did not give me a closer shave then my old ones. Shaved with the new one first and had to go over my beard with the old one to get a closer shave. Have to get use to how to hold and apply heads to my face.
Pros: good machine
Cons: the swivel head

Poor battery life

I've owned this razor for 3 years. In those 3 years I've had to have the batteries replaced twice (three batteries). After about 6-8 months, the battery goes from 20 minutes remaining to ZERO. Twice Norelco replaced the battery handle under warranty, but for the price I paid, and following charging instructions, this is just poor performance for a Li-ion battery. I do not intend to purchase another Norelco product, and I've been using Norelco shavers for nearly 40 years. Too expensive for the hassle.
Pros: good clean wet shaver
Cons: battery life

An excellent razor with great features

I replaced a Norelco Razor that i have been using for the past 5 years. The battery was losing power and the price on this razor was so great, I couldn't resist it. What a great razor. The shave is spectacular. So close and so smooth. It causes no skin irritation. It is so easy to charge using it's own stand.
