I have thoroughly enjoyed this shaver. It works well. I have had at least 5 Norelco shavers (the first had only two cutting heads) and this has been by far the best and most enjoyable to use.
Pros: easy to clean and i know when to recharge.

Shaver shuts off if gripped normally because of the pressure sensitive switch on the grip of the handle. Overall speed at which it operates seems slower that my old Arcitec shaver, which also had a thinner head. I am not sure that there is much improvement over the Arcitec.
Pros: the shave is good.
Cons: on/off switch in bad place

Mostly and outstanding shave

The wet-dry shaving feature is outstanding - but nowhere in the owner's manual does it say that you can use it this way. The overall shaving experience is also very, very good. That said, the trimmer is a weak point, my Braun's trimmer was much better.
Overall this is an excelent razor with a lot to commend it.
Pros: wet shaving with gel or lather
Cons: doesn't work well under my nose

Have been using a Norelco shaver for over 30 years and find the new one I bought to be the best ever. They out perform any other shaver I have ever had in my lifetime. Great product.

Great shaver best I've ever owned. Great feel ,nice weight. I've owned Norelco shavers for more then 50 years this is by far the best yet. close comfortable shave.

I've always wanted to an electric razor user. however in the past when I bought an electric razor I would use it for a few and then it would go into the drawer. I might bring it out and try again,but with tha same results. I was the same regardles ot the type or brand of razor. since I have been using the Norelco razor I have not gone back to the blade.

This product was supposed to replace a 7315XL, but I have found it useful to alternate days of shaving with each razor. The necessity of having to clean the new one after every use is off-putting. The new one shaves about as smoothly as the old. There is a high percentage that I am not using the razor as intended. I am very reluctant to wet-shave with it, so I haven't. The new razor does re-charg much quicker than the old. Also, the new razor heads do clean a little easier due to fewer cutting blades. I dismantle the head after each shave and brush the hairs out of the catch basins. I hope that this has been helpful.
