Dissapointing. Not as good as previous model

Not a good as the previous model I had (and broke). Very bulky for travel since charging requires both the stand and the charger. Also doesn't remember cleaning status--if not cleaned when prompted, it doesn't remind you next time it used. Trimmer also isn't as good as that on the previous model.
Cons: not good for travel
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great shaver/but unreliable

Dry shave = Great
Wet shave = Poor
Dependability = Poor
For no apparent reason the shaver just stopped working after 12 months. It was replaced with no hassle but that is not what you expect from a shaver of this quality and cost. After receiving the replacement it stopped working again after just 6 months.

does not cut close. takes a good 1/2 hr to shave. trimmers work poor, have to hold awkward to trim stash. stand is poor design, flimsey. have to take stand with u to charge, no plug in to shaver... could not lock to travel. took shaver back for refund
please take me off ur email list...

Sometimes when I need a shave fast, I do it without looking on a mirror, I know I am presentable. I used different brands of electric shavers before, but didn't like any of them and opted for blades. This shaver gives me a pretty close shave and amazingly no nicks or pulls on my stubbles. Great product!
Pros: easy to clean., charges in no time., no nicks or pulls., easy on handling.
Cons: can't find any.

easy to use and close shave

I've been using a Norelco shaver for the last 40 years. I purchase a new one about every 5 years, on general principal. they do not wear out. I usually purchase the state of the art shaver and was never disappointed. I highly recommend.

This is my 3rd Shaver from Norelco in the past 17 years. All of them have been worth every penny spent. I bought the latest model a few months back after I lost the previous one while traveling on vacation. It is an excellent product which performs flawlessly year on year. The one challenge that I face while using this product is when I try to trim my moustache with the trimmer, the shaver head comes in the way of me being able to see clearly what the trimmer is doing. I hope Philips will look at this problem in future products :)
Pros: excellent reliable
Cons: position of trimmer
