Downsized to this refrig after previously- owned 81" built-in with black glass was no longer available (different brand). Still getting used to a lot less space. Door ice&water unit works well, and temperatures are consistent on both refrig & freezer sides. Unit makes an almost constant "humming" noise which I find very annoying, but service tech says nothing can be done. Newer units do not use fans anymore, so this is just a downside of progress. Drawer units are somewhat flimsy construction. Interior lighting is good.

Cons: Limited Shelving Options, Noisy, flimsy drawers

Works as expected! The selection controls require getting used to, though. I believe the My Creations should be placed somewhere upfront so you don't have to scroll so far to get to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never owned a side by side fridge and read mixed reviews. I decided to go for it anyway and I have no regrets! No more bending over and digging through the freezer or pulling open the giant drawer. Frozen pizzas fit easily in the freezer side and pizza boxes fit in the fridge side...the two things people complain a lot about. I also live the counter depth, no digging in the back of the fridge. Water & ice works great too. Side by side fridges have a new fan! Plus, I think it looks so much more sleep than other fridges.
