We received this as an early Christmas gift in December. In the short time that we have owned this sound bar, within 2 - 24 hours of placing batteries in the remote control, they cease working. We have been thru numerous batteries (which, by the way, are all recently purchased) in the past few weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. Please provide us with a resolution strategy in order that we don't have to return the sound bar....which we do not want to do.

Although this is a great product for someone that does not have a sound system other then their TV, it is a step backwards for those that are replacing a true sound system.

Great Product Until Speaker Distortion

I purchased this soundbar 2 yrs ago. The Bluetooth feature works great and has excellent audio settings. However, the sound was great until recently the center speaker has developed a very noticeable distortion.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a Bose Surround sound however, it is to much for my apt. I thought I never say too much sound but for an apt it is. The Sony Bluetooth sound bar is what I was looking for. sounds good met expectations
