Very Quiet

Love this dishwasher. We would have to run our old dishwasher when we went to bed because it was so loud. I love how quiet it is and how much room there for dishes.

Quiet & cleans dishes

Bought for daughter and son-in-law as a replacement to a poor performing and poor quality d/w that was part of standard appliance package in their townhome. They love it! Quiet & clean dishes, to boot! What more could you want? I installed it for them myself. Easy height adjustment and leveling devices made it easy. Also, it matches the styling of the other appliances better than what it replaced.

Quiet and Effective

This dishwasher delivers. Everything about it has a solid, high-quality feel, at a reasonable price. The capacity is huge; it gets dishes squeaky clean, and, most importantly, it's super-quiet.
If I have one complaint, it is the drying mechanism. If you keep it well-supplied with drying additive, it works great. If you run out, you will be using a towel to finish the job. Not a big deal . . . I just keep the drying additive topped up.

The features are great with one exception

I love the new dishwasher as it is runs quietly, and cleans the dishes with no spots. My only complaint would be that the power button is at the top of the door in the right corner and sometimes, if you are not careful, as you are closing the door,you turn the dishwasher "On" accidentally and have to cancel the cycle. I would prefer the power button be in a different spot.

Super Quiet, but wish I bought another model

I love that you can't tell this washer is even running and the unit does look fantastic! But I can't seem to get as many dishes loaded in this model as I could in my previous washer. I have to run 2 loads each night--what a waste of water and time. I also have to use the Power Scrub cycle if I want clean dishes. The Normal cycle just doesn't clean well unless there's hardly any dishes loaded--and that's with me rinsing the dishes before loading them. Even using dishwasher rinse and reducing the soap amt., my dishes have a dry soap film on them. I would prefer more functional baskets to load dishes into and a utensil tray without a hinged lid on it. This unit is best for a 2-person household and not for a highly utilized kitchen.
Pros: easy to use, super sound reduction

If you've been looking for a dishwasher that is a great value for the money, can handle large loads, and is SUPER QUIET then here it is!! This dishwasher along with LG's other kitchen appliances is among the best there is. It is so quiet we forget it's on till we start looking for dishes to use. You can't go wrong with the quality of craftsmanship that LG puts into their products and this dishwasher proves that.
