Nice& Quiet but thats it

I was excited to get my new s/s dishwasher with so many "great" features. They looked good in the store. I find lowering the top rack so much trouble that its easier just to hand wash the taller top rack items. Also, the bottom rack is so low that if you have any back issues at all I would stay FAR away from this model. When we first had it installed the weight of the full bottom rack pulled the screws out of the cabinet where it had been installed. So the rack would roll right off the edge of the door & hit the floor, so to empty the bottom rack I had to prop a box under the door so it wouldn't hit the floor & send the dishes flying. We have since had new cabinets installed so I had the installer attatch it to the sides of the cabinets before the counter top went on, I don't know what we'll do if it needs maintenance.
Looks Good & is really quiet....that's it though ...in my opinion!

I absolutely love this dishwasher! Quietest dishwasher we have ever owned! Pots and Pans come out spotless as do the dishes and the glasses. Have only had it a couple of weeks but so far we are in love! Easy to get the kids to clean out the dishwasher with the happy little tune it plays when it is done!
Pros: Performance, easy to use

Horribly disappointed- waste of money
If I could trade this dishwasher in for our previous "noisy" dishwasher I would! Yes, it's quiet, but I have to wash my dishes before and after they come out of the wash. At first I thought it was the soap, so I changed it, until I came on the LG site and learned I'm not the only one experiencing these issues. If there was a buyback program I would be in line.

Problems we've encountered: tray will not open during the cycle. we could had power or tabs & the door would not open during it's appropriate cycle; had to fiddle with it a bit but now working correctly.

Very Good Dishwasher

I have water from a well with a softener system. I have to make sure the salt is completely full in the system or dishes spot and leave a film on everything after running the dishwasher. So if you're in the same water situation, make sure you've handled the softener. Having said that, this particular issue is part of the water supply I have to provide, not with the dishwasher itself, which is well exceeding my expectations. I've had it for about six months. It's quiet. My dishes are clean and look great. Good value purchase that I would recommend to others.

We bought the dishwasher without review and have been happy with the decision. It is extremely quiet and cleans the dishes well. Only complaints is the door of the dishwasher has a tendency to hang down too low and water runs out when loading. Also the wheels on the top carriage are not strong enough and break easily.

Great purchase

I like our new dishwasher. It is very quiet. I can actually watch a TV show without stopping the dishwasher to hear the TV in the living room. It has saved us about 20.00 on our electric bill each month and does a great job of cleaning the dishes. The only thing I have a problem with is that it does not dry the dishes well. But, it still does not leave spots on the classes. Great value for the product. Would recommend buying this dishwasher.
