An amazing amount of room. Easy to use and organize all the food. I love the upper access to all the foods we want most often. The lower freezer is just were it should be and the drawer slides out sooo smoothly. My purshase was to have had the 'custom cube' - 3 sizes of cubes- ice maker option but it was a no show. After buying and exchanging this refrigerator 3 times in an attempt to get this custom cube option it was still an no show. Best Buy went to the max to try and resolve this but it seems LG really could not explain why this feature as advertized was missing in this model. Kudos to Best Buy! I still want the Custom Cubes.

Only One Concern

Great refrigerator, great ice machine, great freezer design, nice and quiet.
However, the crisper bins in the refrigerator and the lower shelf do not slide smoothly, they bind. After a warranty service call, this problem could not be corrected.
Even though, overall this model is great.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, noise level is quiet

I've owned mine for 3 years now and it works great. Very quiet, can hardly tell it's running. Love the freezer on bottom and slide out drawer, handy to put things in and out. Love the eye level fridge section.

Sleek look but loud motor

This fridge has a sleek look and the shelve space is great. I love the gallon shelf in the door. The freezer part has also lots of space and has nice plastic drawers.
I am very disappointed how loud the motor is. I am not talking about the ice maker noise, no it is the motor itself.
How can a new and modern refrigerator be louder than my old one?
Overall I am happy, not sure if I would buy it again because of the loud motor.

Very pleased with this model that we bought. The only feature we wished it had that we've seen on other LG models was the sliding glass shelves that allows you to place tall items on the shelf below. Other than that, happy with the space, brightness and flexibility of the shelves and drawers.

This refrigerator is excellent in every way: use of space, design, quietness, separate temperature control for freezer and refrigerator, interior lighting. The freezer on the bottom is wonderful for aching backs, as there is much less bending involved. The pull out draw in the freezer is another back saver. I have not hooked up the ice maker, so I cannot review that particular feature. This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned.

The only thing I might not get if I bought it again would be the bottle chiller. Too much space and I don't use it much. Everthing else is great!
